| This next summer, our HOA hopes to remodel the clubhouse which is used by all the residents of our condominium development. Although the building is structurally sound, we're really looking forward to getting away from the 1980's decor which includes shag carpet, "avocado" colored appliances, etc.! That being said, we're interested in securing cost estimates and scopes of work from qualified Portland contractors who "specialize" in such remodels. Consequently, should anyone associated with this forum have any recommendations for qualified contractors in our area who are bonded and licensed, please let me know. Thank you! |
